eCenter Research Inc. was founded by Dr. Steve Weatherbee to help drug and mental health courts, corrections departments, behavioral health service providers, and schools gain access to a streamlined platform that is focused on improving client outcomes through accurate assessment, targeted treatment planning, monitoring client response to treatment, coordinated care, and population outcome reports for evaluating program effectiveness.

Meet - Dr. Steve Weatherbee
Dr. Weatherbee has spent decades working in education, behavioral health, public health, and more. He has experienced the unique challenges that exist in this field from multiple disciplines.
Dr. Weatherbee’s work in program evaluation lead him to create eINSIGHT to empower behavioral health service providers to improve client outcomes using a platform that offers a complete end-to-end standalone HIPAA-compliant and HL7 FIHR standards web-based solution.
eINSIGHT features include client screening and assessment, effective triage, person-centered treatment planning, ongoing monitoring of client response to treatment, and real time aggregate population outcome reporting for determining program effectiveness and guiding organizational improvement decisions.
Meet - Dr. Ralph Tarter
Dr. Tarter is the Director of the NIDA-funded Center for Education and Drug Abuse Research (CEDAR) and Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Tarter is widely known as the pre-eminent expert in the field of addiction research and has written 11 books, 80 book chapters, and produced 300 peer reviewed publications during his 40+ year career.
He is the creator of the world-renowned Drug Use Screening Inventory (DUSI), which many consider to be the gold standard for behavioral health and addiction screening and assessment. The DUSI is currently available in 15 languages and utilized by behavioral health providers in many countries.
